Terms of Service

DeployERP is a product of Macrofix Software Private Limited.

By accessing or using our services, websites, and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use DeployERP.

1. Overview

DeployERP offers tools to deploy and manage Odoo instances using your own cloud infrastructure, including AWS, DigitalOcean, and Vultr.

We are not a hosting provider and do not own or operate the infrastructure you use through our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use DeployERP, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

4. Service Description

DeployERP allows you to:

  • Connect and deploy Odoo instances on your own cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor and manage Odoo servers
  • Schedule backups and restore data
  • Use API and CI/CD integrations for automation
  • Invite team members with custom roles and permissions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use DeployERP to break the law or violate regulations
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
  • Resell access to the service without written consent

Service Enforcement

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Fees and Billing

  • Some DeployERP features are free, while others are paid.
  • Pricing is published at app.deployerp.com/billing.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable.
  • All payment processing is handled securely via third-party providers.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination:

  • Your DeployERP access will be revoked
  • You retain access to your infrastructure and data on your own cloud provider
  • We may retain anonymized logs for analytics and compliance

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and features within DeployERP are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute the platform without permission.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

DeployERP is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime
  • That the service is error-free or bug-free
  • That it meets your specific business or legal requirements

Platform Risk

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeployERP is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss, loss of profits, or business interruptions
  • Errors caused by third-party services or cloud providers you use
  • Any claim exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notifications. Continued use of DeployERP means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the parties.
