At DeployERP, we stand behind the quality of our platform and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with DeployERP within your first 30 days of using a paid plan, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.

To be eligible:

Your account must be on a paid plan (not free or trial).
Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial payment.
Refunds apply only to initial purchases, not renewals or upgrades.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us at [email protected] with:

Your account email address
The reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated)

Once your request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds Not Available For:

Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Renewals, upgrades, or add-on services
Fees paid to third-party cloud providers (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr)
Usage-based or overage charges where applicable

DeployERP is a management platform. We do not control or refund charges made by your cloud provider.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not trigger an automatic refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the case is reviewed.
